Michael Beckerman is the Chief Executive Officer of Beckerman's public relations division. Mr. Beckerman is a public relations industry veteran with over 20 years of experience. He has shaped Beckerman, a firm he founded in 1989, into one of the country’s largest and most well respected public relations agencies serving the real estate industry.

The firm has an established client list of over 100 companies in most major markets and employs the expertise of over 40 seasoned media counselors, strategists and tacticians. Beckerman has represented hundreds of real estate companies of all sizes and sectors including some of the regions top RE firms with their marketing and public relations requirements, having earned national recognition in the real estate industry. In 2009, he co-founded the Beckerman's Real Estate Fund Advisory group and has overall responsibility for the firms continued growth and expansion in to new markets and disciplines.

Sagar Dalal oversees the day-to-day management and operations of Beckerman's Real Estate Fund Advisory group and is responsible for the group's growth and direction and for sourcing new business.

Mr. Dalal has more than 10 years of experience in the fields of private equity real estate, fund marketing and investor relations. Prior to joining Beckerman, he served as President of ANS Performance Consulting, Inc, providing fund formation, investor relations and marketing advisory services to emerging real estate fund operators. Previously, he served as Vice President of investor relations and marketing at Sterling Equities Inc., where he successfully helped raise $600 million of equity for the firm’s fifth and largest fund. He was responsible for all marketing and communications for Sterling's real estate funds and was directly involved in their formation and funding. He further directed the firm’s investor relations, public relations and acquisitions and asset marketing teams.

Mr. Dalal started his career with Citigroup where he was a Vice President within Citigroup’s e-business division. He is a member of numerous real estate organizations including NAIOP, where he is Chairman of the Developing Leaders group. He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, where he studied marketing and communications at the Wharton School and the Annenberg School for Communications.
